Partek Floors is a flooring and renovation contractor operated by Donya LLC in Rockville, Maryland, serving Maryland, DC, and Northern Virginia.

What we collect

What you give us: name, phone number, email address, project address, and details of the work you want done. This reaches us through forms on this site, our estimate calculator, or lead forms on Facebook and Instagram.

What is collected automatically on public pages: pages viewed, referring site, approximate location, and device type, through cookies and similar technologies including Google Analytics (when enabled), the Meta Pixel, and Meta Conversions API. Internal owner dashboards do not load these analytics tools.

How we use it

To answer your question, prepare an estimate, schedule a measure or an installation, and follow up on your project.

To measure our advertising, including reporting conversions to Meta so we stop paying to show ads to people who already contacted us.

To meet legal, tax, and contractual obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with providers who help us operate: Vercel for hosting, Neon for secure lead storage, Resend for email, Google for analytics when enabled, Meta Platforms for advertising and lead delivery, and OpenAI when an authorized owner uses internal tools to analyze lead themes or prepare drafts. We may also disclose it where the law requires.

How long we keep it

Estimate and project records are kept up to three years so we can honor warranties. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
