We're the importer and the crew.
Most flooring jobs pass through a distributor, a retailer, and a subcontractor before anyone picks up a plank. We cut that chain out. We import our own commercial-grade rigid-core LVP, stock it in our Rockville warehouse, and install it with our own crews — so you get one contract, one number to call, and one warranty covering both the floor and the work.
Who you're actually hiring
Partek Floorsis our flooring brand — it's the name on the box, the samples, and the truck. The contracting work is performed by Donya LLC, our licensed entity, which holds Maryland Home Improvement Commission license MHIC #159994.
So when you sign an estimate, you're contracting with a licensed and insured Maryland home improvement contractor — and you can verify that license yourself with the MHIC before a single plank goes down. We'd rather you check.

How we're set up
We import it
We ship our own containers of rigid-core SPC plank, so you buy at the importer's price instead of paying a distributor and a retailer on top of it.
We stock it
All 16 colorways sit in our warehouse on 1074 Taft St in Rockville. Your floor isn't on a container somewhere — it's already here, which is why we can measure, quote, and schedule without a back-order in the way.
We install it
Our own crews do the work — tear-out, subfloor prep, installation, trim, and cleanup. No subcontractor to point at if something goes wrong, because there isn't one.
What we put down
One product, specified properly, rather than a catalog of tiers designed to upsell you. Every Partek plank is the same commercial-grade build:
20-mil wear layer
Commercial grade. Most residential LVP ships 6–12 mil.
SPC rigid stone core, 5.5mm
Dimensionally stable; bridges minor subfloor flaws.
100% waterproof
Kitchens, baths, basements — waterproof through the full plank.
20-year residential warranty
10-year commercial. Damaged plank? We swap that plank.
Our plank is formaldehyde-free and low-VOC — the question we get asked most about imported vinyl, and the right one to ask.
